Travel fees are fixed but may vary based on the time and day of your appointment.
I typically serve clients within about 15 miles of Garden Grove.
If your location is further out, additional fees may apply.

If you need documents printed ahead of time, just let me know. I’m happy to print and bring smaller documents (up to 10 pages) to your appointment at no additional cost. For larger print jobs, a small printing fee may apply.

If helpful, I can also generate USPS, FedEx, or UPS shipping labels and drop off your completed documents at the appropriate carrier location. Any shipping label costs and applicable courier fees will simply be added to your invoice.

If you think you may be running late or need to reschedule, I’d appreciate as much notice as possible. A waiting fee may apply if I need to wait longer than 20 minutes or if you are unavailable at the scheduled appointment time.

If a witness is required and you are unable to bring one. Please let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to help arrange one for you.

Jail signing fees start at the applicable rate for visiting or non‑visiting days for the first 90 minutes. Please note that parking fees or extended appointments lasting more than 90 minutes may incur additional charges.

Apostille Courier

No rush (completed in 3-5 business days)

  • $175 for first set of documents
  • $75 for each additional set of documents

Rush (same or next business day)

  • $250 for first set of documents
  • $125 for each additional set of documents

Documents may be mailed to me or arranged for pickup and drop‑off. Please note that pickup/drop‑off services may incur an additional fee.

If mailing documents, providing your own shipping label is preferred. I can also generate a USPS, FedEx, or UPS label upon request for an additional cost.
